Can I place an order over the phone?

My shipment is incorrect. How do I get it corrected?

Do you charge sales tax?
Only on orders placed from Minnesota.

Do you take tax exempt orders?

Do you sell any replacement parts?
No, we do not sell replacement parts as we are not the manufacturers of the products.

Will you ship to P.O. Box?
Yes, as long as you specify the P.O. Box address when placing your order.
How will my order ship?
We reserve the right to choose the best carrier based on your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and carrier information.
Do you accept money orders?
No.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your order ships we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can also sign-in to your account and view your tracking number and order status.
